Upon payment being cleared your order will be processed immediately.

'READY-TO-SHIP' (pre-made) items will be dispatched the next business day from the time you complete your order (if there is any delay, e.g. due to public holiday, I will contact you and keep you updated). 

'MADE-TO-ORDER' items are items that are not in immediate stock but are made as soon as they are purchased. Items are shipped within 1-7 business days from the time you complete your order (please refer to each product page for more details).

'COMBINED ORDERS'
If you order both ready-made and made-to-order items or made-to-order items with different turn-around times within the same order, the total turn-around time for your order to be dispatched may be up to 7 business days. All items will be grouped together in ONE shipment. If you would like your ready-made items posted the next business day, please ensure you place two separate orders (a shipping fee applies to each order).

'RUSH ORDERS'
If you need your item(s) in a hurry, please do get in touch and let me know the date you require it by. I'll do my best to help you out, however, I cannot guarantee anything.

'CUSTOM ORDERS'

I'm happy to create customised versions of some existing pieces, or work with you to design a one of a kind item. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or special requests.

I will send you a NOTE to CONFIRM YOUR ORDER (Order Confirmation) and once YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED (Shipping Confirmation).

Items are packed with care to ensure they arrive in great condition. They are carefully wrapped and sent to you in a box. Jewellery items are shipped in recycled padded bags or boxes.

Unfortunately, due to reductions in air freight capacity and government restrictions, there are still delays on the letters and parcels network internationally as well as around the country, particularly to regional and rural communities. Express Post domestic service will continue to be the fastest postal delivery option but may not be delivered next business day every time. I cannot accept responsibility for any international duties and taxes, customs issues and refusals. Please check your country’s customs laws and regulations prior to purchase.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS IN TRANSIT

Please note I cannot offer compensation for lost or damaged items and any delays once they are lodged with the postal service. 

If your item does not arrive within the estimated shipping time – and is more than 5 days late (for domestic delivery) or more than 10 days late (for international delivery), please feel free to contact me after this time to work through a solution.  

CANCELLING ORDERS

The cancel order option is not available. You can be offered a store credit for the value of your order should you wish to cancel your order after placing it. It can be applied only to products purchased directly through M Decor Botanica website at www.mdecorbotanica.com.au Cancellation after dispatch of your order is not possible.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

I want you to be happy with your purchase. Your satisfaction is the highest priority and I take the utmost care and meticulously inspect each item before shipping. 

If you have any QUERIES after receiving the item, please contact me as soon as possible (within 7 days after receiving your item) and before returning the item to me. 

Only regular priced items can be refunded*. Unfortunately, 'Sale' items cannot be refunded unless there is a fault with the product.


*Please note 'Custom Design' items/custom orders cannot be refunded due to their unique custom nature (excluding faulty items).

'Gift Cards' cannot be refunded, returned or redeemed for cash. 

I will gladly assist you in replacing or refunding the item (the item price only) if:

a) the item is “faulty”

b) and the item is sent back to me in the same (unused) condition as you (the receiver) received it with all original packaging and a receipt/proof of purchase (include a copy of your receipt).

Please ensure you also obtain a receipt for proof of postage. I strongly encourage you to return your item via a trackable delivery service as I cannot refund or replace an item until I have received your return.

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, I will send you an email to notify you of receiving your return and the refund approval/rejection. If you are approved, it may take up to 14 business days depending on payment method/financial institution to process your refund. 

Exchange items will not be identical due to the handmade process behind each item, but will be of similar design and material of the item purchased.

Shipping costs for returning items for refund or exchange are to be paid by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable (excluding faulty items).

Please be aware that the colour of the actual item may slightly differ from what you see on your monitor screen due to native differences in monitor calibration and settings. I will not accept returns on this basis. 

Please choose carefully and read item descriptions before making a purchase as no refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind.

M Decor Botanica is not registered for GST so there is no GST included on payments.
